    We recommend changing your alarm battery and servings your alarm system every 2 years. Contact Head Office for more information or to book in.

  • What is the billing cycle for Back to Base Monitoring?

    You will receive a bill every 6 months for this service.

  • Will I be locked into any contracts when I sign up for Back to Base Monitoring?

    All our Back to Base accounts are obligation free after 6 months.

  • What warranty do you offer?

    We offer 12 months warranty on all parts and labour.

  • Do you install cameras with audio and night vision?

    Yes! We stock a wide variety of cameras, all of which have infra-red night vision capabilities and some also record audio.

  • Can my intercom and cameras be accessed via my mobile phone?

    Yes! We are able to connect your intercom and camera system to your internet network, which enables you to answer your intercom remotely and check your cameras from anywhere in the world!
