MEETING TIMER

Set the timer for your meeting, if the timer expires we begin the process of checking your welfare. Your live location is then visible to the monitoring centre.

WELFARE CHECK

This is a reoccurring timer that prompts you to check in and let us know you are okay. Intervals can be set from minutes to hours. Perfect for lone workers.

LOCATION TUNING

GPS is not always accurate, you may be in a high-rise or underground. When setting a timer, we also allow for manual location entry, eg. level 9, room 907.

SHAKE TO ACTIVATE

If a timer is set, just hold the phone in your had and if a situation occurs shake to alert us. The shake sensitivity can be adjusted by the user

The alarm is activated by either a PRESS of the ‘button’ or a SHAKE of the phone. When an alert is activated GPS Live monitoring lets us know exactly where they are and we respond immediately.

FAST RESPONSE

WorkSafeGuardian provide an immediate response once the alarm is activated by attempting to contact the employee. If the employee does not answer our call, the employer’s response plan is followed. This may incorporate contacting supervisors, managers or emergency services.

HISTORY REPORT

WorkSafeGuardian can email periodic history reports detailing user timer activities, welfare intervals and locations by date and time. As WorkSafeGuardian is an investment in your employees welfare, this report is an effective management tool to ensure the correctuse of the application.
